Returning an order
Would you like to exchange or return an order? Then follow these 3 simple steps.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After registering your return, you still have 14 days to actually return it.
1) Check that your order meets the return conditions:
As our products fall under the hygiene policy, you cannot return them if they are used or if the seal is broken. Each order is delivered in a blank discreet box containing a transparent, sealed bag in which the product is placed. This way, you can easily determine whether the product meets your expectations without breaking the seal. This way, you can decide whether to keep or return the product.
2) Register your return and pack the items carefully
Report your return via the return form and put the items safely in the original packaging and include the return form.
3) Deliver the parcel to a parcel point near you
Bring the parcel to the post office. The return address is as follows:

Make sure you get a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment. We would like to avoid misunderstandings. Please note that costs vary from one carrier to another, depending on occupation, weight and the value of the parcel.
Once we have received your package, we will refund the amount to your account within 6-14 days. Returns are processed and assessed as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days of receipt in our warehouse.
Important:
We reserve the right to withhold part of the refund amount if a return is damaged or incomplete.
Therefore, open your order carefully and avoid unnecessary damage to the box or packaging.
